REFUNDS
We urge you to select your heaters and heater parts carefully as we do not offer refunds on purchases. If you need assistance with your purchase please email out team at enquiries@heaterfix.com.au
RETURNS
We offer a 30 day refund on any heater parts purchase where the purchased items are faulty due to faulty workmanship. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. If you need assistance with your order please email out team at enquiries@heaterfix.com.au
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You must notify us by email in writing of your return before you return it.
To return your product, you should mail/ship your product to: HeaterFix PO BOX 3012 Myaree WA 6154, Australia.
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. It is up to HeaterFix to determine if you will be eligible for an exchange.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
The cancellation terms only applies to gas heaters, electric heaters, pool heat pumps and heater accessories. Once your order has been placed and paid for it is then picked/packed and organised for shipping/delivery to you. We endeavor to ship all orders asap. If you then decide to cancel your order or part of your order the following cancellation fees and charges will apply;
1 – Cancel order within the first 24 hours, and if the product has not left the warehouse, the following fees and charges will apply. Processing & packing fee = $100. A restocking fee of 30% of the total invoice sale price value.
2 – Cancel order and the order is in transit for delivery, the following fees and charges will apply. Processing & packing fee = $100. Shipping/delivery fee = $450. A restocking fee of 30% of the total invoice sale price value.
3 – Cancel order and the order has been delivered, the following fees and charges will apply. Processing & packing fee = $100. Shipping/delivery fee = $450. A restocking fee of 30% of the total invoice sale price value.
4 – Cancel order at installation is non-refundable.
NOTE: Heaters Shipping/delivery fee = $450. Parts and Accessories Shipping/delivery fee = $50 – $150 (depends on size of items)
All cancellations must be written to – enquiries@heaterfix.com.au It is the sole discretion of HeaterFix to approve any cancellation of order. Should a cancellation be granted all owing monies will be refunded 14 days after the product/s have been received, checked and approved.

- Copper heat exchangers – 90 days
- Plastic ABS in/outlet manifolds & Return manifolds – 90 days
- Brass in/outlet manifolds & Return manifolds – 90 days
- Electronic PCB, gas valves, ignition modules – 90 days
- Plastic fascia and labels – 90 days
- Pressure switches & flow switches – 90 days
- Hi limit switches & sensors – 90 days
- Orings, gaskets & seals – 14 days
Heater Parts – Commercial applications
- Copper heat exchangers – 45 days
- Plastic ABS in/outlet manifolds & Return manifolds – 45 days
- Brass in/outlet manifolds & Return manifolds – 45 days
- Electronic PCB, gas valves, ignition modules – 30 days
- Plastic fascia and labels – 30 days
- Pressure switches & flow switches – 30 days
- Hi limit switches & sensors – 30 days
- Orings, gaskets & seals – 7 days
This warranty is for parts only and does NOT include infield labour and call out fees. This warranty does NOT cover damage caused by incorrect assembly, installation, operation or field modification, corrosive water, unbalanced water chemistry, electrical current in water, reticulation, electrical power surges, lightning strikes and freak weather events damage.
Important note: Regular maintenance is important to ensure long life and trouble-free performance of your pool and spa heaters and equipment. Servicing and repairs should always be carried out by a licensed gas fitter or electrician.
