SHIPPING POLICY

We will ship your order as soon as possible. We allow 24 hours for packaging and handling and 4-5 business days for delivery. All orders are delivered to you by Australia Post. If you have not received your order after 7 days please email us enquiries@heaterfix.com.au and one of our friendly team members will track it down for you.

 

CLICK & COLLECT / PICKUPS

We sell and deliver our products Australia Wide from Perth, Western Australia so we do not offer click and collect or pickup services. We are an online shop only. Once your order is placed you are presented with shipping cost option to ship the item/s to you. Once your purchase has been completed we then package your items up for shipping.

 

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. We do not offer refunds so please choose your products carefully when you order. If you need assistance with your order please email out team at enquiries@heaterfix.com.au

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You must notify us by email in writing of your return before you return it.

To return your product, you should mail/ship your product to: HeaterFix PO BOX 3012 Myaree WA 6154, Australia.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. It is up to HeaterFix to determine if you will be eligible for an exchange.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
